Meet the Team

David Blaco - CEO

David graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Nevada, Reno in 2012. From 2020 to 2022, he served as a Planning Commissioner and Citizens Advisory Board Mayor’s Representative for the City of Sparks. Concurrently, he represented the City of Sparks as a Regional Planning Commissioner at the Truckee Meadows Regional Planning Agency. Additionally, he was the Club Chair for the Sparks Centennial Sunrise Rotary from 2021 to 2022. Since 2015, David has been the Assistant Director at Northern Nevada Sports and Recreation, a role he held until 2022.

Anthony Biagi - CCO

Anthony is the author of “Navigating the Real Estate Storm” and a certified coach from the Coaching Training Institute, where he has coached many executives. He has played key roles in multiple startups, including Healthcare Solutions, Help with Houses, The ReUp, Grokashi International, and Knock Inc. Additionally, Anthony is a Founders Coach for the PFA Beta Test Group, which boasts 31,000 members. Outside of his professional achievements, he is also a proud father.

Bala Ganesh - Sr. VP of Engineering

Bala Ganesh has spent more than 25 years working in Silicon Valley in multiple startups through varying technical roles. Those opportunities brought gaining a unique ability to troubleshoot for and solve problems endemic to early-stage companies, enabling startups to establish the necessary foothold to succeed. In the past ten years, Ganesh focused primarily on cybersecurity products for managing and monitoring IT infrastructure. An expert at creating custom technical solutions, Ganesh has developed IT management and mobile platforms for major corporate clientele and handled issues spanning a wide range of industries including healthcare, manufacturing, banking, financial services,high tech and transportation. He currently holds patents for a low code application platform and an entertainment contest platform. Bala is a graduate of Indian Institute of Technology, Madras, India.

Jonathan Callahan - Sr. Program Manager

Johnathan holds a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from the University of California, Santa Barbara. His career includes a variety of senior technical and managerial roles, showcasing his expertise in both project and program management. As a Solutions Architect at HCL America, he worked on Apple RF Productization. He has also served as a Senior Technical Program Manager at Ellie Mae Inc. and Natoma Technology. Additionally, Johnathan was an Engagement Manager at Bridge Energy Group and a Senior Project Manager at Dell Computers.

He holds several certifications, including PMP from the Project Management Institute (earned in September 2005), AWS Cloud Practitioner Certification (April 2018), and both Zscaler Certified Sales Professional and Zscaler Certified Sales Engineer certifications (November 2020).

Scott Livingston - Creative Director

Scott Livingston began his career as a Graphic Designer working for marketing agencies in Atlanta, GA. During this period, he honed his craft working on campaigns for companies including Coca-Cola, Cox Communications, and Pfizer Animal Health. In 2007, he founded his own design firm, providing outsourced services to a diverse range of clients from startups to non-profits to Fortune 500 corporations. He’s proud of the work he’s done for clients across the US, from Silicon Valley to New York, but he’s most proud of the fact that all of this work came exclusively by referral from past clients.

Ryan Callahan - Strategy & Marketing Advisor

Ryan holds a double Bachelor of Science in Civil and Environmental Engineering from UC Davis, graduating with honors. His professional journey began in the consulting industry at Kimley-Horn Inc., where he specialized in high-stakes environmental regulations and decarbonization efforts. In this role, Ryan demonstrated exceptional problem-solving skills, tackling complex regulatory challenges and developing innovative solutions to reduce carbon footprints. His ability to create and implement effective organizational structures played a crucial role in achieving project objectives.

Transitioning to the tech startup sector, Ryan took on various operations roles, including a key position at Engage3. Here, he applied his engineering background and consulting experience to streamline operations, enhance efficiency, and support the company’s growth. His knack for identifying and addressing operational bottlenecks, coupled with his strategic planning capabilities, significantly contributed to the success of the startups he worked with.
